      Pros

      Allowed me to get international exposure. Got good focus on .NET architecture and development Had good management, that gave me enough freedom

      Cons

      It was hard to get aligned with the Belgian management. This is why I was assigned to mainly international projects.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
