Pros
Unisys is a organization well known for its best managerial practices, testing new productivity processes and taking care of its employees. My experience is positive, I've learned about real carreer development inside this company.
Cons
Sometimes we have to break the bureaucratic barrier to make things happen and inside this company it is hard to do it. When a new development process in on the way we have to do it by the book, otherwise managers claims it will not succeed.
