Pros
Nothing really. Will do a cleareance if required. Pure payroll processor with no skin in the game. Pros only if you become a contractor at a high rate.
Cons
They will fire you the day the agency eliminates your position or ends thr contract. Top leadership in most of the Federal agencies for Unisys themselves are contractors. So beware your hiring manager himself will be a contractor unbeknown to you. No investment in improving the skills of their personnel. The management takes a very myopic view. Stay clear. Subpar benefits. Medical is 100% self pay so a joke. Join at your own risk.
