Good work culture but no career growth, no more technology based work - Associate Engineer Unisys Employee Review

Very bad for a fresher, If you stay for 3+ years competing with out outside world will be very difficult. Its like you will have little work or very little work, only these two situations. Rarely you will get into projects with very good work n exposure, they are very limited. Manager's are completely useless, never trust them, they all give false hopes of good project. I have seen cases where they have told development for a testing.
