Pros
Central location, comfortable office, near to everything, good options for lunch spent, good cafeteria, wage always on time
Cons
Promotion based on knowing each other, people in management position that have no clue what they are doing and hide this from higher management abroad, threaten you if you want to report problems, not told to higher management = no problem, unlogical and uneffective procedures, less agents work dedicated than admitted to clients, promotion if achieved, you keep your title and salary for three months but work on the higher job, once allowed to go higher, you may actually have to work for less as "that's how company policy is" even though responsiblity increases. Should you work in shifts, they will throw you around one day to another from day to night with the excuse of "training" but your "training" is just doing daytime job. Noone explains a thing you just get thrown into cold water.
