      Pros

      Competitive pay. They have given me great opportunities to advance in the company. Was promoted pretty quickly to a good position that I am happy with.

      Cons

      Needs much better benefits. The overall package is severely lacking and really needs a bump up.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
