Pros
A great place to get quick insight into how bad an organization can be run.
Cons
Hires salesmen to lie to clients about software and corporate offerings that either do not exist or are half-baked at best. This company is ripe with more documentation and PowerPoint presentations that give the allusion of credibility to three-letter acronyms for non-existent software, interfaces and interoperability between tool sets that runs a very fine line to fraud. Contracts are vaguely written to leverage al a carte services that sales people are only to happy to sell whether they exist or not. What should you expect: Expect to be promised everything Expect to be assured of the absolute quality of the corporate offerings Expect to be guaranteed total control of your environment What you get as soon as you write the check: None of the above. Instead you get an onion that you have to peel back to find out what parts are useful out of the flurry of double talk and glad handing. Prospective interviewees: Steer clear unless you are willing to throw the dice with an SEC investigation for failure to perform.
