Pros
First let me say Unisys is an amazing organization. They are very flat, with access to the CEO an all of the BU leaders. They have very polished leadership, and they are willing to chase new areas in the market, ie, hybrid cloud, managed storage, end-point security, etc. They are innovative.
Cons
They are also multi-towered, even within the BUs. This leads to delays in getting the best team together for a new client. The bigger problem is they tend to over-react to short term financial issues. They are in a long-term contract business, so ripples in the short term should not alarm them, but they do in a disruptive manner.
