      There is plenty of work and overtime, pay is pretty good, Benefits are good, great group of employees

      Cons

      You work around the clock, not to much of a family life, you average 50 to 60 hours a week.

      Full Remote unlimited vacation. Schedule is not scrutinized easy to do errands during work schedule without issue

      Low pay , no pay increases in the 3 years I have worked with the company
