They have buget to call people who do nothing but when it comes to employees so honestly they don't have any buget since 1 year they are realising thier buget only 4. And if you want to take early relieving they will ask to pay for 1 month 5. They don't have fixed policy . Policies vaires from person to person . 6. Lot of favouritism if you are in a good books of manager then very decent policies can change . 7 . No carrer growth . 8. No free cab facilities
