      Pros

      Working at UTA was by far the hardest but most rewarding career i have had. The staff that i worked with was nothing short of Spectacular and i wouldn't change anything to have a easier time.

      Cons

      Long hours at school and outside of school. Although it is a business at some points it seemed like administration care about numbers more than creating the best student.

      Pros

      I worked here for many years and had a positive overall experience. The company is very focused on student success and is always evolving to meet their needs. There’s a clear emphasis on making sure students gain meaningful skills and have good outcomes. Benefits are solid, including good PTO, and there’s a real focus on professional development. The owner also created a leadership program to help develop internal staff, which provides opportunities for growth and advancement. The environment is fast-paced and can be very busy, but it keeps the work engaging and never boring.

      Can be demanding at times.
