      They tell you a significant amount of lies to get you to work for them

      I have experienced working in multiple roles for this company ( I refuse to call this place a school)!!!!! The director tries to intimidate you, if you stand up for yourself she will then try to get rid of you, like she did the teacher of the year (MA Instructor), who might I add was the best MA instructor to step foot in the Lake Charles Campus door. I have never worked for a company that was all about enrolling students no matter what the cause might be. The corporate admissions pushes for the admissions rep to enroll even if the person has a criminal background. Knowing that the person would not be able to take a certification exam , which is a waste of their time and money.. Right now this company has 4 out of 8 employees in administration out with COVID-19 and do you think they closed that campus, no because all Deanna cares about is money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENROLL OR WORK FOR THIS PLACE!!!!! You will not have time for your family or any type of life outside of this place

      Pros

      I worked here for many years and had a positive overall experience. The company is very focused on student success and is always evolving to meet their needs. There’s a clear emphasis on making sure students gain meaningful skills and have good outcomes. Benefits are solid, including good PTO, and there’s a real focus on professional development. The owner also created a leadership program to help develop internal staff, which provides opportunities for growth and advancement. The environment is fast-paced and can be very busy, but it keeps the work engaging and never boring.

      Can be demanding at times.
