There’s a clear emphasis on making sure students gain meaningful skills and have good outcomes. Benefits are solid, including good PTO, and there’s a real focus on professional development. The owner also created a leadership program to help develop internal staff, which provides opportunities for growth and advancement. The environment is fast-paced and can be very busy, but it keeps the work engaging and never boring.
