      Pros

      Hybrid schedule, salary, and good curriculum base.

      Cons

      Changes in policy depending on who is interpreting them, poor leadership, zero communication, too many self proclaimed bosses, lack of information given to new students so high drop rate, zero rules being enforced and followed for students. Too many changes weekly depending on what education team member you speak to. No consistency with policies.

      Pros

      I worked here for many years and had a positive overall experience. The company is very focused on student success and is always evolving to meet their needs. There’s a clear emphasis on making sure students gain meaningful skills and have good outcomes. Benefits are solid, including good PTO, and there’s a real focus on professional development. The owner also created a leadership program to help develop internal staff, which provides opportunities for growth and advancement. The environment is fast-paced and can be very busy, but it keeps the work engaging and never boring.

      Can be demanding at times.
