      The salary was within the scope of the job.

      Cons

      Upper management, which include the owner, is very toxic. They are not honest during the interview process as to what to expect. The students are not encouraged to attend class and there are no consequences if they do have excessive absences. It is my opinion that the owner is just interested in collecting money from student loans and grants and not interested in education.

      Pros

      I worked here for many years and had a positive overall experience. The company is very focused on student success and is always evolving to meet their needs. There’s a clear emphasis on making sure students gain meaningful skills and have good outcomes. Benefits are solid, including good PTO, and there’s a real focus on professional development. The owner also created a leadership program to help develop internal staff, which provides opportunities for growth and advancement. The environment is fast-paced and can be very busy, but it keeps the work engaging and never boring.

      Can be demanding at times.
