Pros
The culture was very positive and my coworkers were usually delightful. Teaching is in itself a very rewarding experience.
Cons
The workload could easily become overwhelming. I was only allowed to clock my limited part time hours. However, to get the job done, I had to work almost double those hours on my own time. I didn't have a better option at the time. The turnover throughout the whole organization was also overwhelming as it related to knowing who to go to for each piece of red tape required for every one of the dozens of tasks required by my part time position.
