Pros

- High salary - no weekends - decent benefits

Cons

- poor management - no work life balance, expected to work overtime and make unrealistic vehicle delivery promises without any notification/warning of service manager. - poor schedule/shop planning - walk-ins take priority and ruin shop schedule - when told " sorry, im booked out 2 weeks" management will write you up for not taking care of the customer. - toxic, hostile work environment until a customer walks in the door. - when I was let go, the company was in the red. Only to be kept alive by Braun and its suppliers so they can keep selling.
