Pros

Now that we have a new contract, pay is much better. for 8 years, we will be making just under $65/hr. Easy enough to make 100k a year if you work 120 flight hours a month.

Cons

If you don't live in the city you're based in, commuting takes time and money as you need to have accommodation in the city you're based in starting off.

Pros

10 days off a month Decent pay for the position Very little micromanagement Pilots are professional over the phone Unlimited shift trading and flexible schedules Plenty of overtime Two and a half weeks of mandatory paid time off

Cons

Lots of corporate garbage Pointless performance metrics, want us to ask for surveys, which nobody asks for, and pilots do not take anyway Some of the assistant managers are not helpful and give an attitude when you ask for help Pay is lower compared to its competitors (southwest pays more) NON UNION
