Pros
Laid back culture. Decent pension plan. Many long term employees with 25 + years. Family oriented. Great for Director level and up.
Cons
Inexperienced IT managers. No room for advancement if you are not a yes man. Pay is below market for Dallas area. Benefits are extremely expensive. Vacation time is minimal and non-negotiable. Long term employees don't like change and for some managers this is the only place they have ever worked. No on site full service cafeteria.
