Its a job. Most of its fairly easy work.

There is no cost of living increase yearly. No bonuses. It makes no since to stay here and there is little to no promotions. Upper management does not care about employees at all. How they get away with no cost of living increase yearly is beyond me. No end of year review because they aren't going to give you anything. Absolutely terrible company. High turn over.
