My office was very close to a Wendys, it was very convinient and easy to get in and out of it. The drivethru often was completely empty so I could get my food very fast

The management wasn't very nice when I said I needed a long lunch break, I told them I had to go to McDonalds but I think they knew I was at Wendy's which was very close.

There are not any pros.

-you will compete with colleagues for new clients. Branch partners will not introduce customers to FA’s because it is not beneficial to them. Branch partners are not incentivized to send referrals to FA. -I would not take this position.
