Thank you for the feedback! UBC does offer an annual all employee engagement survey and this is how we get feedback on how we are doing and where we can continue to improve. We take all the feedback seriously and work to put into action to drive change. I would encourage you to speak with your manager about areas where you think we can continue to do better and show that we value our employees., because we do! We want UBC to be a great place to work and appreciate your feedback.
Extremely good team culture. Everyone is helpful and forthcoming. Focused on patient care. Flexible time off. Fully remote and cameras off. Defined process for the most important processes. Amazing how so many people have been with UBC for 10+ years.
Cons
Potential to overwork oneself with back to back to back meetings and heavy client workload.
HR is NOT your Friend‼️
Micromanagement
Always Changing
Abuse of Power
Biased
You’ll stay in your current role for years without a promotion.
UBC proves that Women of Color does have to work 5x harder to be recognized.
They offer yearly bonuses but you’ll never see it because every year they’ll come up with some excuse.
You’re yearly raises will never be over or near 50 cent so you’ll stay in the same dollar amount for at least three/four years.
I’d you try to transfer to another program they’ll write you up and keep you in the same position and program.
