Pros

There are no pros about this company.

Cons

This company will give you endless amounts of training that are not relevant to the position. This company will set you up for failure and give you unobtainable goals with an extremely high work load. Management will then complain about the extensive workload that's not being done, while offering little support to assist. If you enjoy unrealistic expectations, high stress, and absolutely no help from management or coworkers, this is probably the job for you. In my very short time at UBC (8 months) the retention rate was quite possibly the worst I've ever seen. There is a level of contentiousness all throughout management that has caused this. Please don't apply to this job if you don't have to.

Pros

Extremely good team culture. Everyone is helpful and forthcoming. Focused on patient care. Flexible time off. Fully remote and cameras off. Defined process for the most important processes. Amazing how so many people have been with UBC for 10+ years.

Cons

Potential to overwork oneself with back to back to back meetings and heavy client workload.
