Pros

WFH 3 days a week

Cons

Raises are terrible. We are making less every year due to inflation. No cost-of-living adjustments Conflicting priorities between different levels of leadership both at UBC and with their client Refusal to adhere to written HR policies regarding DTO Micro-managing of nurses by people with no nursing background Patients are no longer the priority-productivity is. It is now a call center mentality when we are not a call center. Questioning anything is seen as a “you” problem Addition to workload without increasing compensation Expectation to meet metrics by working evenings, weekends, holidays-no true time off

Pros

Extremely good team culture. Everyone is helpful and forthcoming. Focused on patient care. Flexible time off. Fully remote and cameras off. Defined process for the most important processes. Amazing how so many people have been with UBC for 10+ years.

Cons

Potential to overwork oneself with back to back to back meetings and heavy client workload.
