Pros

Flight benefits, available open shifts

Cons

Management is terrible, lots of favoritism, point system is outdated, high turnover rate, not everyone is cross trained yet getting paid for the same position when some agents are more qualified and certified than others

Pros

Travel priviledge and flexible schedule

Sometimes 3-4 hr mandatory overtime, you work a lot with nasty, degenerate coworkers, management is good as lomg ad you're doing your job right.

Pros

Flight benefits for United and probably tips?

Cons

Low pay and bad management. Not worth a full time job here probably just a part time job.
