Pros

Flight benefits are the same as Mainline United. Health benefits are great for management but are horrendous for regular agents.

Cons

Crazy hours, low pay for regular ground handlers, corporate management is a joke, super wishy-washy with protocols. they talk about safety being the number one priority but then make trainers cut corners because they need things done like yesterday. maybe if they listened to their staff instead of just barking orders and making trainers do everything but train, the staff moral won't be in the crapper.

Pros

Travel priviledge and flexible schedule

Cons

Sometimes 3-4 hr mandatory overtime, you work a lot with nasty, degenerate coworkers, management is good as lomg ad you're doing your job right.

Pros

Flight benefits for United and probably tips?

Cons

Low pay and bad management. Not worth a full time job here probably just a part time job.
