Great people I work with and training was very informative and the equipment is newer and kept in excellent working condition

Cons

Some employees are favored more then others and should be either written up or put on some sort of probation or fired.

Travel priviledge and flexible schedule

Cons

Sometimes 3-4 hr mandatory overtime, you work a lot with nasty, degenerate coworkers, management is good as lomg ad you're doing your job right.

Low pay and bad management. Not worth a full time job here probably just a part time job.
