The work environment is exciting. I absolutely love working around the aircraft. Plus, I get to travel a lot. Win win.

I can't think of many downsides. The pay is average for the industry. I actually enjoy my job a lot.

Travel priviledge and flexible schedule

Cons

Sometimes 3-4 hr mandatory overtime, you work a lot with nasty, degenerate coworkers, management is good as lomg ad you're doing your job right.
