Good and Bad - Anonymous employee United Ground Express Employee Review

Management has a few issues (disrespectful, micro manages, has turned employees against each other, doesn't communicate changes in a timely manner, does not get employees the adequate amount of training, I repeat, DISRESPECTFUL, and doesn't seem to want to change) Some employees gossip and complain too much without just cause. The training center in Chicago is horrible, bedbug infested, etc. The room for growth at this station is very small. Employee turnover due to issues with management is crazy.
