Pros
*PAA’s make good tips and on a great day I’ve made up to or even more then $100. Doesn’t happen too often. *Free Travel is a given. It’s nice for sure. *The freedom of not having someone hovering over you at all times. In between assignments you get to sit down, be on your phone, go to the bathroom and what not. It can feel really nice to just breathe without being haunted by your own managers. *physically a good work out. This job in particular is very demanding when it comes to running around and pushing passengers all day. It’s not a job for everyone.
Cons
*You Are Not Cared For. To management, you are just a number. It doesn’t matter how good of a worker you are or how dedicated you are, their is no sense of loyalty or pride in what we do here. *Their is no long term worth in staying around besides being higher in the ranks when it comes to bidding for a better shift. You are given pennies while other airline companies are given dollars for your loyalty of sticking around. It’s not something you can grow with. *MANDO. It sucks. It’s too often and it never seems to be figured out no matter how many times we change our schedule due to not having enough employees.
