Awful management - Lead Dispatcher United Ground Express Employee Review

Horrible management. All managers and supervisors act more important than they are and act like they are too good for the actual job. They don't care about the individual employee. Nothing you do is ever enough. Pay is horrid and they push the flight benefits as the reason they pay is low, but they don't give out much PTO so you can hardly use the flight benefits without shift trading and good luck with that. All training is pencil whipping and they expect you to know things you've never been trained on.
