Pros

The job is straightforward once you learn the routine. Management provides proper training, and safety is emphasized. Coworkers are usually supportive, and the teamwork makes the shifts go smoother. Travel benefits are a nice perk if you like to fly.

Cons

The work can be physically tiring, especially during back-to-back flights, and dealing with weather conditions makes the job tougher at times.

Pros

Flight benefits for United and probably tips?

Cons

Low pay and bad management. Not worth a full time job here probably just a part time job.
