Serious change needed - Analyst United Health Services Employee Review

PTO system is terrible. 21 days for vacation, sick, and holidays. Taking Christmas Day off counts as one of these 21 days and there are no floating days to bank. Salaries are also not good for analysts. They refuse to try and be competitive with other hospitals in a now remote workforce but insist on only remaining competitive “for the area”. Binghamton is not a well off area and therefore “competitive rates” are a joke. The most senior management / Leadership culture is toxic. Only benefits in working here are great coworkers and direct managers.
