I enjoy working for UMS. Management is understanding, compassionate and also proposes appropriate challenges.

I'd like to see more long term benefits offered.

So many wonderful coworkers. Literally, that's it.

The ownership pool is large, and many of them genuinely do not care about their employees. The benefits are atrocious. The company atmosphere is as follows: work as hard as you can possibly work, receive no support and failing equipment, and reap no reward. 0/10 do not recommend.
