Pushes education to certain people to get a particular position but others will get the position if their friends or family.
Deserving people will get looked over.
Too many favorites
And a large amount of Nepotism and cronyism. Mostly seen in the Mississippi-Tenn area like nephews getting hired with no proper background in sales over deserving people who’ve been with the company for years.
