      Great opportunity for growth in sales experience, great pay & benefits. Great way to meet with small business to corporate contacts.

      Cons

      Management can be fantastic, or severely lacking. Ultimately I left for a better opportunity, better management.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
