      - hours - pay is decent , OT is great - very flexible . Dispatch will work with you if you are known to do your job

      Cons

      - Time consuming. 10 - 14 hour days . Depending on how fast / how reliable you are - some runs you get will be for smaller trucks , Jo site too small for low boy

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
