      Pros

      Freedom to manage your own schedule. It’s a very large company with growth opportunities in Sales & Operations across multiple divisions.

      Cons

      Having a low salary and living off mostly commissions is fine during high times but it’s an unsettling thought when the economy shows signs of slowing down.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
