Pros

Able to learn about sales. Great great training. Flexible/hybrid schedule (if you work for it). Attainable metrics. Great people.

Cons

Still a new department so a lot of changes happen often. For some this is jolting and others are able to adjust easier. Management will listen but unsure how much is taken in and listened to.

Pros

For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

Cons

The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
