Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you value the flexibility of working from home and the supportive relationships with your managers. We understand that call monitoring and time tracking can feel stressful at times. These tools are used to help ensure consistent customer service and equitable workloads across the team, not to create micromanagement. That said, we recognize how important it is to balance performance expectations with trust, autonomy and wellbeing and we continue to review our processes with that in mind. We appreciate your perspective and encourage open conversations with your manager if anything feels overwhelming. Your feedback helps us keep improving the employee experience.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
