Stressful work environment with favoritism and poor recognition - Driver United Site Services Employee Review

Pros

Almost none, get paid weekly.

Cons

Hard work is rarely recognized here, while employees who do very little are often allowed to slide. Favoritism is a major issue, and management communication can be disrespectful or intentionally frustrating. Expectations and rules continue to increase without any meaningful pay improvement. Safety policies are enforced so aggressively that employees feel constantly at risk of termination. The work environment has become stressful and demoralizing.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
