      Honestly the only good thing about this place is my check is deposited every week into my account

      The bad starts at the very top and trickles down to the bottom in the customer care department. If you’re not in with the inner circle don’t expect to ever move up. You seriously have to kiss and fawn all over certain people to get ahead even if you have the capability to do the job.

      Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
