Pros

If you come to work everyday, work hard, reward your dispatchers, operations coordinators, yard workers and service techs, take care of your customers and manage to squeeze in a lunch, you should feel good about yourself because YOU ARE THE ONE WHO MADE THIS COMPANY RUN TODAY.

Cons

OPS Mgrs need to be retrained in customer service and human resources - poor decision making, favoritism to promote those who don't deserve it, lack of integrity, absenteeism (lucky if our OPS Mgr was at work 20 hrs a week), liars, lack of ethics. Expensive trucks purchased for OPS Mgrs. WHY THEY DON'T DO THE WORK! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Senior Mgrs (from regional to HR) - No ethics, liars, promotes people who should be fired (of course they like them - they are liars and manipulators like them). Try working 40 hours a week, you might learn something. Off site expensive meetings, totally unnecessary when we have the technology to Skype and Goto Meeting. CEO - I wrote you, and of course I got no response. Do you not read these posts about GOOD HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES who have left because of your senior staff? USS is being beat out by mom and pop shops, WM and other porta potty companies. Your prices are outrageous, your equipment is outdated and dangerous to the service techs, your staff lies and treats employees horribly. Your pay scales for service techs is all over the place. But you don't care as you sit in your million dollar home, drinking your coffee and laughing at us little people who actually make your company run.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
