Thank you for your feedback on these topics. USS is a company in a transitional state defined by rapid growth, and we are focusing on how we can make it easier for customers to do business with USS, and enabling our team to serve our customers better. As you mentioned, we are investing in new technologies, and will continue to do so into 2020 and beyond. We do understand the best way to retain employees is to provide opportunities to grow and develop in their career, and encourage employees to discuss career goals and aspirations with their manager and department or region leaders, and how to achieve them.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
