Thank you for your input. We are investing in employee development by creating training plans for every role within the company. We recently launched USS Learn, offering courses across a range of categories to help you develop new skills and acquire industry knowledge. All employees must complete a mandatory minimum of 40 hours of training per year, and we will be expanding our training offerings in 2020. We are also introducing standardized work processes, protocols, and technologies, and developing and implementing company-wide touchpoints and channels to empower teams with consistently accurate information.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
