Well-funded industry leader, great benefits, and positively evolving culture. The commissions are monthly + uncapped, so if you organize a sizable contract you get make high commissions month after month. The job is base + commission. Lastly, this is the portable sanitation (not just toilets) so in Covid-19 world United Site Services is a great place to be in Sales.

Cons

Sometimes the amount of changes can slow efficiently down.

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
