      Pros

      I enjoy the autonomy and nature of outside sales, i love my teammates but we are all about to jump ship

      Cons

      They are so disorganized. Seems like 5 different leaders are calling the shots. Can never deliver for the customer we are constantly dropping the ball between system failures and constant errors by undertrained internal. They change commission structures, how we get reimbursed for miles, etc.

      Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

      Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
