The pay is good, but the company is a terrible place to work! - Account Manager United Site Services Employee Review

Pros

The pay is very good

Cons

The company is run by a investment group. The company uses a horrible version of salesforce, everything is micromanaged from the top down. You cant even quote a customer without getting permission from your supervisor. Your time on ADP say its a 8 to 4 job, but you actually work very long hours and over the weekend trying to play catch up. They want you selling all the time. and talk a great talk , but they cant service what they get , and take care of what they have. If they would fix their AR , AP, Svc. , get rid of Salesforce , and quit micromanaging their employees and let them do the job they hired them for then they could actually be a good place to work for !

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
