Pros

I was part of a great team, with an outstanding couple of levels of management above me.

Cons

Just about everything outside my team was a disaster. The company had outside consultants cobble together a Salesforce implementation to manage its rental products, but the system is a nightmare under the hood, and seems almost to be engineered for the worst performance possible. Client experience is horrible as a result, and I don't see anybody taking the bull by the horns to try to turn things around. If anything, it may be getting worse over time. The lack of capable and motivated people on the job may have something to do with the company's complete inability to differentiate performers from non-performers, or to in any way retain talent. Revenue took a little dip, and they shrank the workforce, which is fine. But when the survivors then pick up the slack and deliver awesome results, the company thanks them by withholding merit increases, target bonuses, and failing to even given a cost of living increase to keep pace with inflation. This, in spite of half a billion in profit. I personally conceived of, architected, developed, tested and deployed a system that made it possible to eliminate a consulting group that was costing a mill and a half a year, and I literally get an inflation-adjusted pay cut for my trouble. Companies that give their employees the bare minimum, deserve to have that energy reciprocated. Anyone with sufficient confidence and marketable skills to leave, needs to do themselves a favor and do it. I regret coming to work here.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
