Pros

Your paychecks don't bounce yet.

Cons

Micro-managing, Conflicting direction...make money, but no overtime, terrible benefits, high co-pays, Tone deaf management. Do more with less. Stop spending money but we have to have more PPE. But not able to use company credit card. Turnover rate in my area is close to 50% because work is not steady in winter. Customers berate the drivers over billing questions and no one has any answers for customer questions. No bonuses, profits down but plenty of hiring for people who dont contribute to the day to day work that has to be done. People in corporate say everything is great but no one listens to the people wo do the work. Talented people are leaving in droves. Everytime I ask for help, I get a new person who has no idea what they are doing or how to help. All the smart people I know are looking to leave or have left. It isnt what you know, it is who you know.

Pros

Competitive pay Opportunity to grow Amazing inbound sales team that makes a perfect entry level sales job

Cons

Management on certain teams could be better Management seemingly unaware of FMLA laws across states The two main offices are in Idaho and Massachusetts and there is a major difference between both states. Management & culture in MA was MUCH better than the management in Idaho.
